How Vidzilla works
Vidzilla is a website. You do not install an app. You paste a public video URL, we list the files that page offers, and you save one of them to your computer.
Steps
- Open the video on the source site. Copy the address from the browser bar.
- Paste it on the video downloader. The homepage at vidzilla.live explains the site and links here.
- Analyze. Wait until the format list appears.
- Pick a row. Click Download file.
- Confirm the file in your Downloads folder has a real size.
Analyze without Download file does not save a video. A 0-byte or HTML stub is a failed save.
What fails
Private posts, deleted videos, DRM storefronts, expired signed CDNs, and homepages with no video. If the source page itself says the video is gone, Vidzilla cannot invent a file.
