How It Works

Compatibility
Ordinary ZIP opens on Windows, macOS, and phone file apps. Prefer common encryption options recipients can actually unlock.
Some corporate mail gateways strip passworded ZIPs—ask IT which pattern they allow.
Very large video packs may exceed mail caps even as ZIP; use a drive link when needed.
Backup habits
Archives are snapshots. They do not replace versioned backups of work in progress.
