What Mixcloud links point at
Mixcloud hosts long-form shows, DJ sets, and radio-style cloudcasts. A normal show link opens a player page with a title, uploader, and listen control. That player page address is what you paste here.
Profile links and category browse pages are not show links. Open the specific cloudcast you want, wait for the player to load, then copy the address from the browser bar. A URL that ends on a user profile lists many shows and does not identify one file for Analyze.
Some uploads are marked private or limited to followers. Those pages may play for the owner while signed in and still return nothing to an outside downloader. Public shows that play in a signed-out browser window are the reliable case for this page.
Steps from Mixcloud URL to a local file
Copy the show link. Paste it into the box on this page. Press Analyze. When a row appears, read the size. Press Download file and keep the tab open until the browser finishes saving.
Free Vidzilla use allows 3 downloads per day and 150 MB on each file without creating an account. Long DJ sets often exceed 150 MB. When the size is over the free ceiling, use Pro, which removes the size limit, the daily count, and the ads.
The prepared file expires on a short timer. Start the download while results are visible. Do not leave the page idle for a long stretch and click later expecting the same preparation to remain.
Audio shows versus video uploads
Most Mixcloud catalog items are audio. The saved file may arrive as an audio format rather than an MP4 video. That is normal for this host. Play it in any audio player that supports the format you received.

Offline listening and why people save shows
Saving a show lets you listen on a plane, on a weak mobile connection, or in an app that does not embed Mixcloud. The file lives on your device after the transfer finishes.
Creators sometimes offer official download buttons on their own pages. Prefer those when they exist. This tool is for cases where you have a public listen page and need a local copy for personal offline use you are allowed to keep.
Do not reupload a saved set as your own Mixcloud or podcast episode. That violates creator rights and platform rules. Personal offline listening and redistribution are different actions.
When Analyze returns an empty list
Private shows, geo-limited pages, and deleted cloudcasts produce empty results. Open the link in a private browser window. If Mixcloud will not play it there, the downloader cannot invent a file.
Embedded players on third-party blogs sometimes use a different address than the canonical Mixcloud show URL. Click through to Mixcloud itself and copy that official show address.
Login walls for follower-only audio block outside readers. Ask the uploader for a public link or use Mixcloud while signed in with whatever official download the uploader enabled.
File size, storage, and naming
Two-hour sets are large. Check free space on your phone before you pull a long show over mobile data. On Wi-Fi, still watch the free 150 MB ceiling if you are not on Pro.
Rename the file after it lands. Include the show title, the uploader name, and the date. Generic browser filenames make a Downloads folder hard to search later when you have saved several sets from the same weekend.
If a transfer stalls, delete the partial file, run Analyze again, and download once more with the tab kept in the foreground. Phone browsers suspend background tabs and interrupt long transfers. On a computer, avoid closing the laptop lid until the browser reports the download as complete.
Mixcloud versus other audio hosts
SoundCloud, Bandcamp, and podcast episode pages each use different players and permission models. Paste those links on the matching tool pages when the host is not Mixcloud.
YouTube mixes and live DJ streams are a different path. Use the YouTube tools when the address is a YouTube watch URL, even if the description mentions Mixcloud.

Questions about Mixcloud downloads
Can I download a private Mixcloud show?
Only if the page exposes the file without a login the downloader cannot pass. Follower-only and private uploads usually return no rows. Use Mixcloud’s own controls while signed in when the uploader enabled an official download.
Why is my show larger than 150 MB?
Long sets at decent audio rates grow quickly. Free use stops at 150 MB per file. Pro removes that ceiling along with the daily limit of 3 downloads and the advertising.
Do I need a Mixcloud account to use Vidzilla?
No account is required for free Vidzilla use. You still need a public show link that plays without a special Mixcloud login in a normal browser.
The file is audio, not video. Is that expected?
Yes for most Mixcloud catalog items. Play it in an audio player. Convert to MP3 afterward only if a specific device demands that extension.
Can I grab every show from a profile in one click?
No. Paste one show link at a time. Profile URLs are not single-file addresses, and this page does not crawl an entire catalog for you.
