Virus scanner removed

Scanning required uploading your file for server-side analysis; that conflicted with a privacy-first tools stance.

We retired the ClamAV virus scanner because it required uploading your files to our servers for analysis. That conflicted with Vidzilla's privacy-first approach. We do not want to hold user uploads for scanning.
