Decode FLAC into uncompressed WAV for editors

DAWs and many sample tools expect WAV. FLAC stays compact for archives; WAV is the uncompressed interchange file editors open without extra codecs.

FLAC compresses lossless audio for storage and downloads. Pro Tools sessions, many Windows DAWs, game audio importers, and stock libraries still document WAV as the file they import without plugins.
