What a pin actually stores
A Pinterest pin points at an image card and often a destination website. The card you see in the grid is frequently a resized derivative optimized for the feed.
This page lists media from the pin URL you paste. For the highest quality original, open the source site when the pin includes that link and save from there if needed.
