A Space in progress has no finished file

A Space is a conversation happening right now. The platform is sending out audio in small pieces as people talk, and the end of the recording has not been spoken yet, so there is no complete file to hand anybody.

Pasting the address of a room that is on air returns nothing for that reason. It is not a restriction and not a fault. There is simply no finished object at that address until the host closes the room.

Live Spaces are streams without a complete recording until the host ends the session and a replay exists. Paste a replay address for a finished Space, not the live room link while people are still talking.

Hosts who never enabled recording leave nothing to save afterward. An empty result on a Space that already ended usually means no replay was published.

Recorded Spaces and the replay that follows

A host decides before the room opens whether the conversation is recorded. When it is, the platform publishes a replay after the room ends, and that replay is a finished audio file with an address you can work with.

Wait until the room has closed and the replay appears on the host's profile or in the original post announcing the Space. Copy the address from there. That is the point at which Analyze has something real to read.

Hosts who never turned recording on

An unrecorded Space leaves nothing behind. When the host ends it, the conversation stops existing on the platform, and there is no archive, no cache and no partial copy anywhere for a downloader to reach.

That accounts for most empty results on this page. Somebody remembers a conversation, finds the announcement post weeks later and pastes it here, and the post is a notice about an event rather than a link to a file. The notice survived and the audio never existed as a stored recording.

How long a replay stays on the platform

A replay is not kept forever. It stays available for a period after the room ends and is then removed, and a host can delete it earlier than that if they choose.

So a recorded Space you intend to keep is worth saving in the days after it happens. Once the platform stops serving the replay, the address behaves exactly like the address of an unrecorded room, and the two are indistinguishable from outside.

Where a replay exists, the results list holds audio rows and no picture, because a Space is talk and nothing was ever filmed. Each row carries its size in megabytes.

Press Download file and the recording is written to your storage as a sound file, which opens in the audio player your device already has. There is no video track to expect and no accompanying image.

Hours of talk, megabytes, and free use

Speech compresses far harder than video. A conversation running for two hours arrives as tens of megabytes rather than the gigabytes a two-hour broadcast of video would need, so most replays sit inside the 150 MB ceiling that applies to a single free download.

A very long room passes it, and the page says so before the transfer starts. Free use also covers three downloads a day, with the count returning at midnight UTC, and Pro removes the count, the ceiling and the ads together.

Other people's voices are in the recording

A Space is a group conversation. The file you save holds the host, the speakers they invited and anyone who came up to ask a question, none of whom agreed to have their words redistributed by a stranger.

Keep a copy for your own listening freely. Publishing a clip of somebody else's remarks is a different act with different obligations, and Vidzilla has no relationship with the platform and grants no rights over what was said in a room.
